Hi. I’m Leah.
I have always fallen in love with the people God puts on my path. When I was four, my parents found me outside on Christmas Day, deep in conversation with the snowman while everyone else was leaving the house. I have been listening for wisdom in ordinary places ever since.
I am a spouse, a mother of four, a daughter, sister, granddaughter, aunt, friend, writer, and speaker. I am a curious listener and a purposeful storyteller. I believe God’s story continues in our stories, and that God is working with us to heal the world.
For more than twenty years, I have worked in senior leadership in Catholic and secular organizations, speaking and writing across Canada. My approach to spirituality is practical and grounded in real life. I bring together storytelling, theology, and the wisdom of lived experience to help people make sense of their lives with hope, honesty, and courage.
I use words to help people get connected to their own gifts, passion, and purpose. If you are seeking meaning, longing for connection, or trying to live with intention and faith, I am grateful you are here.

Everyone we encounter is carrying stories we know nothing about. This session empowers us to see ourselves and each other with compassion, in order to build a world where no one walks alone.
-
A nod to Mister Rogers, this session is about the power of our perspective and action in the face of feeling small and powerless. By letting go of what we cannot control and embracing what we can, we create powerful connection and change.

In a polarizing world, it is tempting to get locked into rigidity. I share three powerful experiences where life challenged what I thought I knew. We will explore how being open to change can unlock support, understanding, and life-changing action.
I’m glad you’re here.
This space is for people who want to show up for their lives with equal parts tenderness and power. I write, speak, and walk alongside people who want to pay attention to their stories, to God’s presence in ordinary days,
and to the wisdom that grows in both joy and struggle.
It is enough to be exactly who you are right now, and to ache into something more.
You are welcome here.
