Ministry is beautiful.

And it can be lonely and heavy.

Whether you’re newly ordained, long into your calling, or just beginning in ministry, the spiritual, pastoral, and practical demands can feel overwhelming. We are formed in faith and then asked to be administrative leaders. We aren’t trained for this.

Feed My Sheep is a leadership formation program created to form and support those carrying the work of ministry in today’s Church. It offers a place to reflect on your call, strengthen your skills, and connect with others who understand both the joy and the weight of leadership.

Clergy and lay leaders in churches, ministry organizations, and faith-based education, healthcare, and social services are welcome to join. The program is offered from a Catholic perspective and open to Christians of all denominations.

Participant Praise

"The program gave me many new items to add to my 'Pastoral Leadership Toolbox,' as well as gave me greater confidence in acknowledging that I do not have to do everything by myself."

Fr. Andrew

“For me, one of the biggest takeaways wasn’t just a tool or technique... it was the invitation to reflect on myself. As a pastoral intern preparing for priesthood, this program reminded me that even as future church leaders, we’re still human. We carry a lot on our shoulders, but we also have our own needs- like needing affirmation, encouragement, and simply being reminded we’re not alone in this.”
